This is a family oriented property, must be at least 25 years of age to reserve(No Spring breakers please).
We Have Two Units: 2nd floor- A209 and 4th floor B406. Both have all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Each unit is tastefully decorated and has the following:
* Full Kitchen: dishes, utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and standard appliances.
* Washer and Dryer in Unit!
* Cable TV, VCR, Stereo/CD player, phone and oceanfront balcony.
* High speed internet available!
A209 Sleeps 8- Queen in Master bedroom, 2 doubles in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room.
B406 Sleeps 6- King in Master bedroom, queen in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room.
** Rentals are 7 nights weekly from Saturday to Saturday and cannot cross weekends unless otherwise specified in off season.
